On this occasion of welcoming the new year, first of all, I would like to thank our friends from all walks of life for their support and assistance to Shenmo, and every one of our colleagues for their silent and unremitting efforts in the past year.
疾風知勁草，烈火見真金?；赝?021，世紀疫情交織百年變局，國內“雙減”政策發布實施，在復雜多變的外部環境中，神墨人專注成長，守正創新，迎難而上，依然在各個方面取得了來之不易的豐碩成果。
Sturdy grass withstands high winds; true gold stands the test of fire. The year 2021 witnessed the combined forces of changes and a pandemic unseen in a century. Chinese authorities have introduced a guideline to ease the burdens of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education. In the complex and ever-changing external environment, Shenmo people faced difficulties by focusing on continuous growth and making innovations based on tradition and has achieved fruitful and hard-won results in all aspects.
過去一年，神墨人和合國策，積極響應國家雙減政策，堅持走規范辦學和品質化發展之路，神墨黨建等各項工作邁上新臺階。神墨與民進中央共同推進的“彩虹橋”公益金額累計投入超過400萬元，神墨人繼續以助人之心勇擔社會責任。
In 2021, Shenmo actively responded to the national policy in tutoring sector and insisted on standardized schooling and high-quality development. The party building of Shenmo also reached a new level. We have realized a public welfare fund of RMB four million yuan in the “Rainbow Bridge” project jointly promoted by Shenmo and the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD) to answer our social responsibility.
過去一年，神墨人乘風破浪，正式邁入3.0時代，我們確定了新時代戰略定位——“健康·長久·發展”。當下的神墨，猶如一個24歲的青年，身心健康，朝氣蓬勃，志向高遠。未來的神墨，將昂首向前，在健康成長中創造新的無限可能。
In last year’s strong wind and high tides, Shenmo entered a new era of 3.0 and determined a new strategic positioning of “health, long-lasting, and development”. Today, Shenmo is a 24-year-old youth, healthy in body and mind, vigorous and ambitious in spirit. Tomorrow, this youth will stride ahead proudly and create infinite possibilities.
過去一年，神墨人更加堅定教育初心，各課程研究院專注教材與課程升級，以各種方式引領海內外神墨教師加強師德與專業素養提升。用心用情用愛育人，為學員提供卓越心智教育課程，為家長提供優質暖心服務，是神墨人永不停息的本色追求。
In 2021, Shenmo made an even more determined effort to hold fast to the initial aspiration of educators. All Shenmo course R&D institutes concentrated on upgrading teaching materials and course quality and improving professional ethics of Shenmo teachers at home and abroad through various ways. At Shenmo, we make it our unremitting pursuit to educate people with heart, enthusiasm, and love, to provide students with excellent mental education courses, and to provide parents with high-quality and heart-warming services.
過去一年，響應“一帶一路”國家倡議，神墨國際化發展繼續發力，海外授權合作新增七個國家。我們與民進中央、教育部留學生服務中心、華僑大學、世界珠算心算聯合會等部門建立了更廣泛的合作。3.0時代，承載珠算文化海外傳播責任使命，神墨國際化發展不斷邁入新階段。
In 2021, in response to the “One Belt, One Road” initiative, Shenmo continued to promote its international development and reached cooperation with seven new countries. Moreover, we have established more extensive cooperation with the Central Committee of CAPD, the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, Huaqiao University, and the World Association of Abacus and Mental Arithmetic. In the 3.0 era, we have taken up the mission of spreading abacus culture overseas and brought our international development into a new stage.
過去一年，神墨“三圓”智慧課程推出，神墨“三圓”智慧中心正式成立。追求“事業、生活、自我”三方面和諧發展，“三圓”課程既是當下神墨人最重要的內部學習，也是神墨面向社會推出成人課程的開始，具有重要的里程碑意義。
In 2021, Shenmo “Three-Part Harmony” Wisdom Center was officially established to launch the “Three-Part Harmony” course to lead Shenmo people to pursue the harmonious development of “career, family and self-growth”. This course is not only the most important internal learning content for Shenmo people for now, but also an important milestone marking the beginning of Shenmo adult course.
艱難方顯勇毅，磨礪始得玉成。共同走過2021，神墨人的事業發展醞釀新機，神墨人的成長蛻變更趨深層。以12年為一個發展階段，神墨正邁入第三個12年，回望過去24年發展歷程，百年神墨發展規律無比清晰。未來12年，神墨人將繼續堅定“成長主義”與“長期主義”，堅持“健康·長久·發展”戰略定位，聚焦成己育人，踐行助人進步。以“三圓”學習滋養根脈，以和合國策助長主干，神墨長青之樹將不斷生枝散葉，開花結果。
Only in hard times can courage and perseverance be manifested. After 2021, new opportunities for Shenmo business development have emerged, and Shenmo people have met the deeper self in growth. With 12 years as a development period, Shenmo will enter its third development period. Over the past 24 years, Shenmo’s development pattern has been quite clear. In the next 12 years, Shenmo will continue to firmly adhere to the growth-focused concept, the long-termism, and the strategic positioning of “health, long-lasting, and development”. We will stick to the concept of “achieving self-success and cultivating others” and “helping people progress”. With the “Three-Part Harmony” course nourishing our foundation and the positive response to national policy promoting our primary business, the evergreen tree of Shenmo will continue to grow and blossom.
2022年，是神墨發展史中又一承前啟后的重要之年，我們將迎來神墨的24歲生日。
As a link between past and future, the year 2022 is another important year in the history of Shenmo’s development. This year, we will celebrate the 24th birthday of Shenmo.
新的一年，我們將繼續保持底線思維，以安定成長之心應對未知與挑戰；新的一年，我們將繼續和合國策，規范發展，全力推進品質化升級；新的一年，我們將繼續整合資源，加快國際化發展步伐，更好弘揚中華文化；新的一年，我們將繼續大力推進“三圓”課程學習，推動“太陽計劃”和“生命成功計劃”全面開展，引領神墨人邁入新的成長階段。
In 2022, we will continue to maintain the bottom-line thinking mode and respond to the unknown and challenges with a stable and growing heart. In 2022, we will continue to respond to national policies, regulate development, and promote quality upgrading. In 2022, we will continue to integrate resources, accelerate the pace of international development, and promote Chinese culture overseas. In 2022, we will continue to vigorously promote the learning of “Three-Part Harmony” course, promote the “Sun Plan” and “Life Success Plan”, and lead Shenmo people into a new stage of growth.
